[ic] Interchange and Mysql problems

Hello everyone,  The following is what I have accessible to me at this 
point.

102,000 record mysql database
Interchange 4.8.3
MySQL and PHPadmin
root access to my server which is running linux, what version I am 
unsure although the server was just built two weeks ago so I think it is 
version 7.2

I have purchased the Interchange documentation and I am still having 
problems. I have been at this via a shared virtual server since the 
first part of November. I decided to go to a dedicated server a couple 
of weeks ago to help alleviate some of the problems I was having. I have 
a considerable investment of both $ and time spent on this and would 
appreciate any help you could give me. Thank you so much for your time.
