[ic] Order not processing

I am running Redhat 7.2 with IC 4.8.2. I have created a multipage order 
setup, and everything works fine upto the point of the final page.  When 
the credit card information is entered and submit is pressed the page 
just reloads.  I have been searching through other multipage order 
setups and haven't been able to find a solution.  At this point I am 
completely stuck, any help would be appreciated.
