[ic] possible bug in layout editor

Hello,

I'm attempting to build a link bar using the Layout Editor feature.  I've
auto-populated the Layout Editor using two fields in my products DB.  The
problem comes when I attempt to assign a certain Category to a certain
Section.  Some sections work fine, but some sections do not display ALL the
Category entries that I expect.

Any ideas?
