hi,  I do have my own server and was able to complete the following 
instructions

everything seems to look right, the echo test worked as well but the orders 
when emailed to me still have the credit card #s 4813 **** ****  with no pgp 
to unencrypt to get the credit card #s. I looked at the error log file and I 
see a message that says

not sure why i get the PGP failed with status 131072 message, any suggestions?
