[ic] Signio/Verisign problem!

Hi, 

I have a bit of a proble getting Signio/VeriSign to work. At the moment
I have a test account, and the test.sh script which comes with their SDK
works perfectly. 

I have set all of the MV_ variables, but every time I enter a card
number (either the test 4111 1111 1111 1111) or my own, Interchange
returns "(signio): Charge failed, reason: Charge error: 13 Reason:
Referral. Please call in your order or try again." 

Any ideas what may be going on?
