If you are running Interchange 4.8.x and Verisign could you please post
your system specifications?

Kernel version
Processor
Ram
Free Ram
Free Disk Space
Free Swap Space
The results of running (ulimit -aS) while logged in as the interchange
user.

Also please provide how busy your site is and if you ever experience
PGP, Sendmail or Verisign failing in your error logs.
