[ic] Unknown error 134518495
Hello all,
Recently put Interchange 4.8.3 on under Redhat 7.2/Apache 1.3.22-2,
installed and run makcat. Upon loading it up in IE6.0, I get:
"We are sorry, but the Interchange server is unavailable due to a system
error. ÿÿÿÿ´F@Lk@æÿ¿ý“x§È¨Hæÿ¿'¦@: Unknown error 134518495
(134518495)"
Each time running:
su -c "/usr/lib/interchange/bin/interchange -r" interch
I get:
Killing Interchange server 2168 with TERM.
Low traffic settings.
Calling UI......UI is loaded...
Interchange V4.8.3
Configuring catalog foundation...Using default DBM database...done.
Interchange server started in INET and UNIX mode(s) (process id 2283)
Failed to make any UNIX sockets, continuing in INET MODE ONLY
Error.log looks like:

Upon seeing the UNIX socket error, I re-ran makecat for INET and
restarted interchange and reloaded, but no change in the error in
error.log and in the browser. Any idea about what this could be? Is
the unknown error related to the UNIX binding? Any help is greatly
appreciated, thanks.
