Oh, I know this one!  (I think)

The file you are working with is cat.txt, correct?

Change the LINK_TYPE field from simple to internal.  Then for the next field 
URL, enter a value like X59SCREWDRIVER.html where X59SCREWDRIVER is the SKU 
of the item that you wish to display.

This should do what you want.  Then, when someone clicks on it, they will be 
directed to .../cgi-bin/cart.cgi/X59SCREWDRIVER.html

Try that.
