[ic] error starting interchange 4.8.3

Hi,

I've just installed interchange 4.8.3 on a redhat 6.1 machine. everytime
I start ic, I get following error message:

"mode" is not defined in %Fcntl::EXPORT_TAGS at
/opt/akopia/interchange-4.8.3/bin/interchange line 2753

ic starts tough and all catalogs seem to work. so can I just ignore
this?
