[ic] Subcategories: 3-4 layers deep - how setup?

Hi All

I am using Foundation and mysql to learn the system.

We would like to have deeper subcats. So, you might have something like the following, and each would be linked to that subcat's pages:

Baseball >> Phillies >> Players >> Pitcher

What do we have to edit to add the deeper subcat layers?
