You need to specify a search field (sf)! This may not work, but did you try:

[loop prefix=alpha
         search="
         fi=artiste
         st=db
         co=yes
         sf=name_of_field
         se=[loop-code]
         op=rm
         bs=1
         "][alpha-data artiste nomartiste]<br>
[/loop]
