Hello,

Something wrong happened when I access my IC. I got the following error 
message:
We're sorry, the Interchange server is unavailable...
We are out of service or may be experiencing high system demand. Please try 
again soon.

The funny thing is, the IC that I install still under construction, and 
nobody except me access that site.

Any suggestion?
