[ic] IC Looney - Duplicate / Missing Orders

Not running out of disk - over 15GB available on this drive.
Not running out of total memory - 120+MB Inactive, 34MB "free". Any chance
the server task itself is calling for more memory than allowed per task?
ulimit command returns "unlimited".
System log doesn't show anything out of the ordinary.
I saw a discussion a couple days ago regarding swamping the I/O channels -
disk I/O in this case is only running 20 - 50/sec.
I'll try the RPC / prefork traffic settings.
