[ic] Help - Sorting Information & Appearance

I am going to try and give a little more information in this post as my 
first try has resulted in no responses.  

Our product data has been entered in an Excel Sheet, and I can pull it 
up just fine while browsing our store in 'user' mode (after 
importing).  Our entire catalog has been built upon the 'construct' 
template, and until I learn more about IC it is going to have to remain 
that way.

My problem is when we select one of the Categories on the left (For 
Example:  Engines) the products that are listed under this Category are 
sorted in an order that is not efficient for the way our list needs to 
be displayed.  We would like to change this to sort all products in the 
Engine Category by Product Name.

It looks to me like this Category just performs a simple search when 
you click on 'Engine' and lists everything in our DB with 'Engine' as 
the Category.  We have tried sorting our spreadsheet differently before 
importing and this has no impact, which leads me to believe that there 
is a setting in IC that I need to modify and specify to sort by Product 
Name *only*...

If someone could answer this, or even point me to a resource that might 
be able to help I would appreciate it.  Thank You.
