[ic] Different time zones

Dear list, 

I have been looking around to see if it is possible to set up different
timezones in the catalogs but without luck. 

My problem is the following:
Shop owner is located in a different time zone than the location of the 
server. When order is made it gets the time stamp from the server, let's say 
11:00am. But the order was really made on 02:00pm according to the time of 
the shop owner (the time difference between the location of the server and 
the shop) 

Any ideas to solve this?
