This is how we did it. May not work everywhere else, but certainly 
worth a try.

MV_PAYMENT_MODE   skipjack
SKIPJACK_ID       <the assigned number>
SKIPJACK_URL https://developer.skipjackic.com/scripts/evolvcc.dll?
Authorize

The skipjack url will need to be set the following when you go live:

https://www.skipjackic.com/scripts/evolvcc.dll?Authorize
