[ic] where do I start

Dear list --

I just setup a redhat  7.2 box and downloaded the three rpms (and necessary
perl mods) from the interchange web site.  The problem is what do I do next?
I looked in /usr/share/doc/interchange-x.x but there doesn't seem to be much
documentation there.  Is there a howto document explaining the setup of
interchange?  I want to run this with either a mysql or postgres backend.  I
apologize if this is off topic.  Feel free to email me off the list if this
is better.
