[ic] Renaming PGP Attachment

Currently I am attaching all of my credit cards using PGP, and they are
being emailed to the person handling orders, but the file is unnamed.  Is
there a way to change this?

In Pine anyways, it looks like:
   1     60 lines   Text/PLAIN, "Order Text"
   2    604 bytes   Application/PGP-ENCRYPTED, "CreditCard_001033"

where 001033 is the order number.

ENCRYPTOR is set as:
Variable    ENCRYPTOR       /usr/local/bin/gpg --encrypt --armor -r user@host.com 2>/home/ic/debug_gpg
