It is not running in PreFork mode unless that is a default setting.
Ditto for transactions. I built the site by modifying the foundation
demo. It was working OK a few days ago. Then it stopped. I was
suspicious of the firewall changes, but port 443 and 5432 are open. The
database is on the same system as the Interchange.
