Well...
I wrote a perl script that runs on a cronjob which creates a CSV(comma
seperated value) file of the orders. This is then manually imported into
a MAS90 Database. Then another perl script that one of my compatriots
wrote creates a CSV from these MAS90 SOs. This CSV is used to 'print'
our labels with Crystal Reports on a 'Specialized Label Printing
Device'. Then shipping does something with the labels.
yuck...but it works. The moral here is that when things have to go
through accounting, complications are created....*grimace*
Note that I am putting my site live on Jan. 1st, and have yet to use the
Admin 'facility', so I may be a little jaded as a backend hacker.
