[ic] Key import still not working.

I'm working with the host again(clients host, and he isnt willing to
change) I gave him the information from the Message Board..

This is for importing a key so that interchange will start encrypting.
This is what I sent him...

Just FTP your public key to your account.
Tell support where it is located.

They Telnet/SSH into the server and give the following command:

su cpanel -c gpg --import /home/user/publickey.asc

Now the last part (path etc.) they have to fill in.

This is the message he gets when he attempts to run the command.

Try `su --help for more information.
**********

Does anyone know why, or what the problem is?
