[ic] installing problems

hi all.
Have problems with installing interchange-5.9.5. Also with 4.9.4 and 4.8.6 
the same problem. I posted the problem a few days ago. Mike heins give me 
advice to install gdbm_file (gdbm-1.8.3.tar.gz) Already done. after this 
installed interchange-4.9.5 again. Foundation Store is working perfect now. 
Only I can not come in the admin interface. Error:Internal Server Error.
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable 
to complete your request.
I found also out that when I install the catalogs dir. in /home/interch that 
the admin and foundation store are not working. error:[ic] We're sorry, the 
Interchange server is unavailable...
I installed the catalogs dir. in /var/www and the foundation store are 
working perfect. Only try to see the admin area to work.
Is that a problem to put the catalogs dir in /var/www........?
this is what the error file said:

I have perl v5.8.0 built for i686-linux
Any suggestions?       john kelly
