[ic] Text Entry on Line Items

I have ran into the same problem. 
I am using IC 4.9.5

The Text Entry option shows all the way through the order and even the
admin order tracking , However, the actual text value does not show in
the Receipt or the Email ?

Is this a bug , or there is something that we are missing ?
