[ic] Cybercash Error Message

I'm having difficulty getting CyberCash to work.  Everything seems to 
be working fine, but when I go to process an order I get either this 
error message:
	CCMckDirectLib3_2; Message: Encryption failed

Or an internal server error (probably related to the same error).

The MCKEncrypt process opens and uses as much of the processor is 
available and has to be killed manually.

Are there any key places to look for the cause of this problem?  Or 
perhaps a standard cause?

Also, are there any special ports I need opened in the firewall to use 
the CyberCash gateway?
