[ic] Salestax problem - version 4.8.6

Hi 

I just made a new build from latest tar of 4.8.6.
My problem is the following:
If I use "default [fly-tax]" in the saletax.asc file the tax is
calculated ok. My taxfield is country. 

When I change salestax.asc for use as a tax table I have the following: 

If I use "AT    0.20" the tax is not calculated !
If I use "AT    20" the tax is calculated as 2000% !
If I use "AT    2" the tax is calculated as 200% etc. 

It seems like salestax does not like a decimal number, which is necessary 
for calculating i.e. 20% 

I a previous build (4.8.3) this is working fine.
Did any of you have a similar problem?
