[ic] Missing page in interchange 4.9.3

Hello,

I got a question while I was seeing how my interchange works. I got a
missing page error while I was trying to do something. I didn't log in at
the beginning. There are 2 options after I try to buy something. First, I
can log in in the checkout.html page after I doble-click on the objetc
that I want purchase, or I can go to service and log in using that link. 
When I use the second choice I got the missing page while I tried to log
in using the service page.

Any clue.
