[ic] Processing partial order with 4.9 interface - HOW?

Hmm. I have been trying to duplicate this, but am unable to. (Not
surprising, as I did test the thing before committing it.) Can you tell
me the database type in use? And exactly what you changed and pressed?

I did verify that the old page works in 4.9, at least with Postgres.
I know of no reason it should not continue to work.
