Freaky. I don't think I'd be in business long if I did that to my clients.

Client: Help, I accidentally overwrote my index.html file with my "Ode to My
Cat" poem!
Me: We need to DELETE your entire site and REINSTALL it fresh

I could go on, but this is a list that actually has users to support after
all. Who knows, maybe someone at that hosting provider is reading this :)
