[ic] Lots of errors when under heavy load

I spotted a lot of errors in our logs this morning and looking into it 
further, they are a result of a search engine submission I had done 
earlier, I have other logging that tracks that.  The system is running a 
a dual P3 Dell, traffic is set to high, and the IC version is 4.8.3, 
mySQL version 3.23.53 and Perl 5.8.0

I haven't seen this under any other circumstance, except when search 
engines are scanning the site and, basically, that is a result of URL 
hints that were submitted on a static page.

Obviously, whether its a search engine or the results of hundreds of 
hits a minute, I would like to see no errors, but I haven't a clue as to 
where to start on something like this...  Can anyone of the ICG's (IC 
gurus's) offer a bone?
