[ic] Subcategories in Interchange and a few other questions

Everyone,
I am looking to implement Interchange, and got a few questions :

1. are you able to make subcategories in the shop - like this :
        Manufactor
            Category 1
               Subcategory 2
                   Subcategory 3

2. Is it hard to implement the danish language in the system ?

3. Are the any import utility to the shop, since I will need to update
almost 3800 partnumbers each week ?
