[ic] missing order.html

I have a pages/ord/basket.html and pages/ord/checkout.html

but attempts to link to [page order]View shopping cart</a> like in the
tutorial are giving me a page not found.

[page order] seems to be resolving to cgi-bin/catalog/order.html - which I
don't have, but haven't seen any reference to in the docs.  Do I need an
order.html?

BTW - the "add-item" seems to be working, - or at least isn't generating
errors.  I'll know more when I can actually see whats in the cart.  ;)
