[ic] Help question about Link Program??

Hi,

I got this message while runing *makecat*

**** Do you use CGIWRAP or SUEXEC? y
**** ./configure: ./configure: No such file or directory
**** Couldn't run configure; probably no C compiler.
         Couldn't find the executable file 'vlink'.

         Please give the complete path to the link program.

**** Link program? /home/tmha/cgiwrap-3.7/cgiwrap

Anyone help to fix this? And please instruct me a little bit about Link
program. I can not configure Web server to co-operate with Link Program. I
am using Tomcat Apache.
