[ic] Picture Location

Ok, I've found the themes.cfg file that tells me the "location" of the 
images directory in which all the pictures for interchange are 
stored.... but it's location is a variable.  Every time I open up my 
demo site it has no graphics what so ever.  Is there a way to change 
that folder location through the Admin interface?  Should I just go in 
and change the file that tells where the images are... and where is the 
file that contains that piece of info.  Thanks
