I ran across this when trying to fix a problem with the page editor and the 
ord/checkout.html page. I turns out that 'ui_template_name:' at the top of 
that page had an incorrect name. Furthermore, the correct template for that 
page (mycat/templates/noleft) had the same incorrect name hardcoded inside 
itself. Fixing both of those errors corrected the problem. Perhaps your 
problem is similar.
