[ic] Error running interchange

Hi everybody,

I am trying to install interchange on Redhat 7.2 box. Everything seems 
fine except when trying to
restart ( with /bin/interchange -r ), it fails with an error saying I 
need to
set MailOrderTo in the catalog.cfg file. I did set the MailOrderTo when 
running makecat.

At first I install everything using rpm but it produce the same error. I 
remove everything an install (interchange again) manually,
but it still the same. I will very much appreciate any help on this.
