[ic] UPS and USPS (play nice!)

Hi, and Thanks,

I have tried, and read through the docs at 
http://www.interchange.rtfm.info and the part about "more on ups style 
lookup" doen't mention multiple "zone" files. (or am i really missing that?)

whenever I use this:

UPSZoneFile  products/uspszones013.csv
UPSZoneFile  products/013.csv

only the last one "013.csv" seems to work. It seems that the first one 
gets overwritten by the last.

I can't figure out how to use both...
