[ic] Tree design clarification...
Dear Interchange Users,
Please, if possible, help clarify the following directions from

regarding tree design:
"If you are using frames, source all frame panes containing Interchange
links from an initial page served by Interchange. If you don't do this, the
user may have multiple session IDs depending on which frame generated the
link."
More specifically, "...source all frame panes containing Interchange links
from an initial page served by Interchange." -
I'm not quite sure how to do this, since the default "initial page served by
Interchange" foundation (index.html) is created using the Template "Page
with top/left/right areas". (The other two templates offered also consist
of more than one section joined together to create the final output in the
browser).
I am using Interchange4.8 in a hosted CPanel environment.
