[ic] Completely database driven IC site?

Hi guys,

Has anyone built a completely database driven IC-site? I'm considering to
expand my current project to be free from editing html-pages etc. The idea
would be that all content and html-code except the templates would be pulled
from a db. This site is not a high-traffic site, but it would be maintained
by a person that is not so technically talented..

I would build a front-end with M$Access with an ODBC-connection to a
postgres server for maintaining the site (it would be easier this way, than
build the UI from scratch)


I have sketched somehow the db-structure, but I'm not sure how I could
create an AutoLoad subroutine that would catch all url-parameters from the
root...


One other option would be to tweak Apache, but that's in my opinion not the
best idea..


Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated
