[ic] IC restart

Hi gang,

I have 2 cat's running on IC 4.8.5 (RH7.3),
aside from the Foundation.

Both are indeed up and running.

However, after I

/usr/lib/interchange/bin/interchange -r

I get:

Configuring catalog foundation...Using default DBM database...done.
Configuring catalog rpo...Using PostgreSQL, DSN=dbi:Pg:dbname=rpo...done.
Configuring catalog training...Using PostgreSQL,
DSN=dbi:Pg:dbname=interch...

The configuring catalog on training 'hangs'. I mean
I don't get my 'done'. I have to hit Ctrl 'c' to stop
the process.

Strangely enough the training catalog works! and the /usr/lib/interchange
error.log shows the following:

- - - [01/August/2002:10:01:56 +0200] - - Config 'foundation' at server
startup
- - - [01/August/2002:10:01:57 +0200] - - Config 'rpo' at server startup
- - - [01/August/2002:10:01:59 +0200] - - Config 'training' at server
startup

Big question here: What's going on. What does the training cat hang?
