I'm new to interchange...and i'm trying to figure out how to:

once i'ce created the categories etc on the left hand side menu
in the default themeset "foundation" ...and then uplaoded all 
images used main/thumbs etc...how do i associate this items in the menu
system
on the left...?  right now...when I click on a category it goes to a
page
but the page says something like: doesn't exist ()
