[ic] Orders page in Admin UI

Hi list,

Vrs. IC 4.8.2

Can someone tell me which fields in transactions.txt/.pgsql are absolutely
mandatory in order that my transactions appear in the "orders page" in Admin
UI, i.e. cat_root/pages/admin/order.html and order_view.html

I've been told that status, pending and archive are a must, however, I seem
to be inadvertently omitting one or two others that's preventing me from
viewing my pending orders in the Admin UI, even though I'm making the
necessary changes to transactions.pgsql as well.
