Greg,

	Are you changing any of the columns in the products table, or are 
you leaving it as-is?  If you make changes to the columns, make sure to 
update the appropriate information in CATALOG_DIR/dbconf/*

	Otherwise, have you tried turning on the DEBUG mode in 
interchange.cfg and looking at the icdebug output file?  It may contain 
more pertinent information (which error.log isn't.)
