If your module is installed as lib/LPERL/lperl.pm then the module
will have to be set up and called as LPERL::lperl.  Just as the
Vend::Payment::Signio module is in lib/Vend/Payment/Signio.pm.

You could try moving your lperl module into the lib directory, or
setting the package name to LPERL::lperl and leaving it where it is.
