Dear Mike H.
I've got a question for ya, just because I know you will give me a raw
numbers answer.  Do you think it is logistically possible to make
Interchange create a user name for a customer based on a name and password
that they supply, but not allowing them to login until AFTER the checkout
process?  I'm willing to do the research and work to accomplish this, but
I've already spent a couple hours on it, and I just found some serious
roadblocks, and I wonder if I should continue, or whether I'm working
against the internal workings of IC.
