[IC] Debian Install problems

I had a problem with the debian install.  If you demo3 catalog is a
foundation catalog you might want to take a look in
/etc/interchange/features.cfg.  I had the line:

Variable USE_FOUNDATION 

when it should have been

Variable USE_FOUNDATION 1
