[ic] Affiliates Program

Hi,

Does anyone know of a good affiliates manager that works well with 
Interchange?

I know that interchange has an affiliates program built in, but I was 
wondering if there was some expansion available in this area,  I would 
like see the ability for people join and manage their own accounts, and 
the ability for an admin to manage payment of affiliates based on the 
amount that they sold. i.e. only pay affiliates if sold over a certain 
amount in that month, else, roll over to next month.  like the 
Amazon.com program.
