[ic] Undefined Catalog is now strange index.html

Sorry Andrew,
it seems to me that you have fixed "Undefinded catalog:
/cgi-bin/hostahaven"  problem, but what exacly is your "new kind of
error".

I tried accessing http://hostahaven.com/cgi-bin/hostahaven and what I am
getting is:

"Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/hostahaven. on this
server."

Is this what you are refering to????

If so check your apache errro log ans see what says.
