[IC] Module to input product customization

We need to obtain specific information from our customers for each product 
that we sell; that is (since we're in the incorporating business) we need 
to know at least a name, a state and some other data on each and every item 
that is ordered. We already have a database into which to put the info, and 
getting Interchange to handle the customer, order, products and category 
modules wasn't too bad. However, application dev is not my strong point, so 
some pointers in developing a module to handle this input and link the 
entity info to the order info would be greatly appreciated.
