[ic] BUTTON USER TAG in checkout.htm problem

I have a problem with  [button] images user tag , I use the default 
checkout.html  foundation file, and this :

	name="mv_click"
	src="__THEME_IMAGE_DIR__recalculate_button.gif"
	text="Recalculate"
	hidetext=1
	form=checkout
	]
	mv_todo=refresh
	[/button]


Always returns :

 <INPUT TYPE="submit" NAME="mv_click" VALUE="Recalculate">


I checked the usertag includes in interchange.cfg and also the path and the 
file name is OK and exists. Any idea ??
