[ic] Sales tax issue

Hello all, 

I have a customer who wants all prices on items displayed as total prices 
and not the prices excl vat. 

i.e.
Price: 100
vat: 10
Total price = 110 (this is the price that should be displayed in the 
catalog) 

The checkout page should still work as it is: subtotal+sales tax+ shipping 
cost=total cost. 

The foundation catalog is designed to show prices excl vat.
Any ideas on how best to implement this are appreciated
